CQA Announces Retirement of Jo Lynne Parsons, Bill Studzinski Assumes Role as TOP TIER™ Program Manager

Midland, Michigan.  The Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) has recently announced the retirement of Program Manager Jo Lynne Parsons, who has been a cornerstone of the TOP TIER™ Fuel Licensing Program since 2015. “Jo Lynne’s tireless service has been an integral part of the program’s success, and we thank her for her dedication,” said Rebecca Cox, CQA President. 

CQA is excited to announce that William (Bill) Studzinski, recently retired General Motors Fuels Group Manager, has joined its team as the new Program Manager for the TOP TIER™ Fuel Program. With over 35 years of fuel, fuel additives, combustion, and exhaust emissions experience, Bill is well-positioned to take on this industry role.

“We are delighted to welcome Bill to our team,” said Cox.  “With his expertise and knowledge of fuel and engine technology advancements gained during his career at General Motors, we are confident that he will be an extraordinary asset in managing this important program.”
